Haaland demands more from Manchester City teammates

Erling Haaland has called for greater efficiency from his Manchester City teammates despite their 3-2 victory over Leipzig in the Champions League.

The Norwegian striker proved decisive, scoring the winning goal in the 78th minute after City had twice surrendered their lead, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

Speaking after the match, Haaland stressed that the team needs to be more determined to wrap up games as early as possible.

"When we were leading 1-0, we should have pushed forward more and looked for the second and third goals. This is something we need to improve as a club," Haaland said.

With this victory, Manchester City climbed to seventh place in the Champions League standings.
