Juventus expects negative full-year result

Juventus has reported a net loss of €2.5 million in the first half of the fiscal year, compared to a profit of €16.9 million recorded in the same period last year.

According to a statement published Monday by the Turin-based club, both the net result and operating cash flow are expected to remain negative for the full fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. Juventus’ fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

The club’s revenues fell by around 11 percent, reaching €260.6 million for the July–December period. The decline was mainly due to lower broadcasting and matchday revenues, as well as reduced income from player registrations. These decreases were only partially offset by increased sponsorship revenues.

Juventus, which dominated Italian football for nearly a decade until 2020, was later hit by an accounting scandal related to player transfers and salary payments, resulting in exclusion from European competitions for the 2023/24 season.

Meanwhile, in October, the club appointed former Italy national team coach Luciano Spalletti as head coach until the end of the season.
