The 2025 UEFA Europa League final will take place tonight, May 21, at Bilbao's San Mamés stadium, kicking off at 21 pm local time. In the all-English clash, Tottenham Hotspur will face Manchester United, with both teams looking to salvage their poor Premier League seasons and secure a place in next season's Champions League, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

Tottenham reached the final by overcoming AZ Alkmaar, Eintracht Frankfurt and Bodø/Glimt in the knockout stages. Meanwhile, Manchester United eliminated Real Sociedad, Lyon and Athletic Bilbao, scoring a comprehensive 7–1 victory in the semi-finals.

Both teams have had a difficult season in the Premier League. Manchester United finished in 16th place, while Tottenham finished in 17th, marking their worst seasons in the league's history.

The winner of the final will win €13 million and a direct place in the group stage of the Champions League for the 2025–26 season. They will also have the right to play in the UEFA Super Cup against the winner of the Champions League on 13 August.
