Stephen Curry Reaches 25,000 Career Points in Warriors’ Win

Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry became the 26th player in NBA history to reach 25,000 career points. The milestone came in the third quarter of the Warriors’ 115-110 victory over the Detroit Pistons on Sunday, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency

Warriors coach Steve Kerr praised Curry’s resilience, saying, “It feels like 25,000 threes. He played through fatigue and a tough defense, getting to the line 12 times.”

At 36, the 11-time NBA All-Star has won two MVP awards and four NBA championships (2015, 2017, 2018, 2022). This season, he is averaging 24.4 points, 6.2 assists, and 4.5 rebounds in 54 games.
