Romania's National Day is celebrated every year on December 1, the date in 1918 when the Great National Assembly in Alba Iulia adopted the resolution for the union of Transylvania, Banat, Crisana, and Maramures with Romania, CE Report quotes Agerpres

Approximately 2,500 military personnel and specialists from the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Interior, the Romanian Intelligence Service, the Special Telecommunications Service, the National Administration of Penitentiaries, and the Romanian Customs Authority, along with about 190 technical vehicles and 45 aircraft, will participate in the military parade that will take place on Sunday, December 1, starting at 10:00 AM, in the Arch of Triumph Square in the capital.
