Montenegrin President presses PM over Medenica manhunt

Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović has called on Prime Minister Milojko Spajić to dismiss those responsible.

"We demand that it be immediately announced who was in charge of the surveillance measures, who signed them, who controlled them, and whether the measures were real or were all an act. Everything must be available to the public," said Milatović.

This comes after Montenegro’s police launched a manhunt for Miloš Medenica, CE Report quotes FENA.

He was sentenced on Wednesday to 10 years in prison together with his mother, former Supreme Court president Vesna Medenica.
