Bolojan Elected PNL President

The National Liberal Party (PNL) held an extraordinary congress on Saturday, electing Ilie Bolojan as its new president. He ran unopposed, CE Report quotes AGERPRES

Catalin Predoiu, Adrian Vestea, Nicoleta Pauliuc, and Ciprian Ciucu were chosen as first vice-presidents. Ciprian Dobre was elected president of the Court of Arbitration, and Virgil Guran will head the National Committee of Reviewers and Censors. All these positions were decided by secret ballot.

The congress also validated regional vice-presidents through an open vote, with eight representatives selected from across the country to join the party’s National Executive Bureau.
