Putin Sends Shoigu on Second Visit to North Korea in Three Months
Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu arrived today in Pyongyang, where he will meet North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, CE Report quotes ANSA.
The mission, the news agency writes, was ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
This is Shoigu’s second visit to Pyongyang in less than three months.
