Environment & Energy Min at COP29: Greek gov't prioritizes effectiveness in policies for climate change
Climate policies that bring results are the government's top priority in terms of climate change, Environment and Energy Minister Thodoros Skylakakis said at the UN Climate Change Convention (COP29) in Baku, Azerbaijan, on Thursday, CE Report quotes Athens-Macedonian
"Effectiveness is not wishful thinking, it has absolute priority in our policies for the climate," Skylakakis underlined, while he also spoke of the "massive fiscal challenges for the next 30-40, as our infrastructures are not adapted" to climate change.
