"Dear citizens and voters of candidates who do not have access to the runoff. The electoral campaign is coming to an end. Each of you has invested not only a vote but also a dream, a belief in the values you represent. I recognize the contribution of each candidate and believe that many of their visions and projects deserve to be integrated. As President, I am committed to transforming the solutions proposed by all those who have fought for a better Moldova into concrete initiatives for citizens.
