Montenegro shaken by triple homicide in Podgorica apartment
A triple homicide has occurred in the Stari Aerodrom neighborhood of Podgorica, Montenegro.
Montenegrin police confirmed that three adult men were found dead in an apartment in the area, CE Report quotes FENA.
Local media reports that the incident is not believed to be a clash between criminal groups.
Police are searching for a suspect from Rožaje, identified by the initials V.M., who is suspected of committing the triple murder.
It is believed the crime took place overnight in a rented apartment, according to Vijesti.
“Personal disputes between the victims and the suspect are believed to have preceded the crime,” Montenegrin police stated, adding that all individuals involved are originally from Rožaje.
The triple homicide was most likely carried out using a cold weapon.
An intensive manhunt for the suspect is ongoing.
