Jennifer Garner speaks out on California’s film industry future
Although the new series "The Five-Star Weekend" promises to take viewers on a journey, its star Jennifer Garner prefers to stay in Los Angeles for work.
She said it is important for her to work in Hollywood as much as possible.
The Golden Globe-winning actress made the comments in an interview with the Associated Press, CE Report quotes ANA-MPA.
Garner spoke as California's film and television production tax incentive program faces pressure to be eliminated.
"I've started making a conscious effort to work in Los Angeles as much as possible. It's not always possible, but we're losing the film industry here. It's very important to me. I love the crews in Los Angeles. I've grown up with them over the past 30 years," she said.
