K-pop Demon Hunters soundtrack debuts at NO. 6
Olly confirms once again his position at the top of the FIMI/NIQ top ten album chart this week (released late due to technical issues) with Tutta Vita, which has been charting for 46 weeks, CE Report quotes ANSA.
A new edition of the album, including songs released after the original launch, will be out on September 26. Olly also holds the No. 1 spot on the singles chart with Questa domenica, featuring Juli.
Debuting at No. 2 (but No. 1 in physical sales: CDs, vinyl, and cassettes) is producer Sick Luke with his second album Dopamina, featuring a massive lineup of collaborations: Blanco and Simba La Rue, Lazza and Tony Effe, Tedua, Alfa, Piccolo and Thasup, Capo Plaza, Sayf, Nayt and Rose Villain, Clams Casino, Venerus and Ele A, Glocky and Side Baby, and Duke Montana.
Dropping one position but still on the podium is superstar Sabrina Carpenter with Man’s Best Friend, her seventh album. She is a two-time Grammy Award winner.
Climbing one spot compared to last week are Santana Money Gang, the joint album by Sfera Ebbasta and Shiva, now fourth, and Alfa with Non so chi ha creato il mondo ma so che era innamorato (Deluxe) at fifth.
Debuting at No. 6 is KPop Demon Hunters, the soundtrack to the Netflix movie of the same name, which includes the global hit Golden (which peaked at No. 3 on the Spotify Global Charts and remains in Italy’s Top 200), and Takedown featuring Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung of the K-pop group TWICE.
Right behind is more Korean pop: Stray Kids fall three spots to No. 7 with Karma. The final three positions in the top ten remain stable: Bresh is eighth with Mediterraneo, Geolier is ninth with Dio lo Sa – Atto II (charting for 66 weeks, the longest-lasting album in the top ten), and Lazza is tenth with Locura (51 weeks on the chart).
