Global Ballet Talents Gather in Bulgaria

Over 160 dancers from five continents will take part in the third edition of the Sara-Nora Prima International Ballet Competition and its accompanying academy, hosted by the State Opera in Burgas, CE Report quotes BTA

The competition runs from July 7 to 12 and includes 70 participants in three age categories. An additional 90 dancers will join the ballet academy, held from July 5 to 13.

Named after celebrated prima ballerina Sara-Nora Krysteva, the event offers not only monetary prizes but also training and performance opportunities at national and international theaters.

The jury, chaired by Krysteva, includes prominent ballet figures from Bulgaria, Turkiye, Serbia, Finland, and Russia.
