Joined by Deputy Culture Minister Ashot Kazaryan and European Commission Representation Head Yordanka Chobanova, Ambassador Sahu officially launched the event, which features Indian producers offering goods like clothing, leather items, jewelry, scarves, and homeware.

Sahu described the annual festival as a unique celebration of India’s rich cultural diversity through history, art, and craftsmanship. He noted the growing scale of the event and expressed hope it would expand further next year.

Though India and Bulgaria do not share a common history, Sahu emphasized their deep connection in the arts and cultural values. Chobanova echoed this sentiment, stressing the importance of such events in strengthening EU-India relations and helping Bulgarians discover the richness of Indian culture.
