Kosovo Film The Call Selected for Oscar-Qualifying Alexandria Festival

he short feature film THE CALL directed by Mirak Zymberaj and scripted by Mentor Zymberaj has been selected to participate in an important short feature film festival in the world - the Alexandria Short Film Festival in Egypt, which is a qualifying festival for the Oscars. In addition to the artistic success of the film, the selection and presentation of the film in a major global competition is a great success for the film, which represents and promotes Kosovo, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

After the Film Premiere in July 2024 where the film THE CALL was selected at the IN PALACE International Short Film Festival, which also belongs to the highest artistic category of OSCAR Qualifications, this Festival is the second in a row to select the film THE CALL to be among the best world films of OSCAR Qualifications.

To this great success, we also attach the SECOND PRIZE of the Green Montenegro International Festival 2024, which was won by the film director Mirak Zymberaj.

The film THIRRJA, produced by the AKT Film Theater House, will continue its artistic journey at other world-renowned festivals.
