Superyacht ‘Yas’ makes grand arrival in Albania

The superyacht “Yas”, one of the largest and most unique yachts in the world, docked at the Port of Durrës.

Measuring 141 meters in length and designed with a shape reminiscent of a dolphin, “Yas” attracts attention for its modern architecture and wide glass structure, CE Report quotes ATA.

Originally built as a Dutch military frigate, the vessel was transformed into a luxury yacht by ADM Shipyards in Abu Dhabi.

The yacht can accommodate over 60 guests and has a crew of around 56 people.

With two MTU engines and a top speed of up to 26 knots, “Yas” is a showcase of contemporary technology and design in the yacht industry.

Its visit to the Port of Durrës reflects the growing number of international yacht stops along the Albanian coast and the continuous improvement of port services.
