Food, travel costs fuel inflation rise in Slovenia

Slovenia's annual inflation rate reached 2.3% in April, up from 2% in March.

The increase was largely driven by higher prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages, CE Report quotes STA.

At the monthly level, inflation stood at 1.3%.

The rising cost of package holidays had the largest impact, according to data published by the Statistics Office.
