Deputy Development Minister Anna Mani-Papadimitriou emphasized the crucial role of upgrading industrial parks, particularly in peripheral areas, during her visit to the Alexandroupolis Business Park, CE Report quotes Athens-Macedonian

As part of the "New Industrial Parks" program, funded by the Recovery Fund, key infrastructure improvements are underway. These include road and rainwater networks, upgraded street lighting, improved waste treatment, and advanced water management systems.

During her visit, Mani engaged with business representatives and workers, discussing challenges and growth opportunities. She reaffirmed the government's commitment to balanced regional development, stating, "Strengthening the industrial base is a national necessity. By modernizing infrastructure, we boost production, employment, and economic resilience. No region will be left behind."

This initiative aligns with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis' vision for fair and inclusive growth across all regions.
