Bulgarian Caretaker Cabinet to Approve Key Budget Amendments

Bulgaria's caretaker Cabinet is set to meet on Monday at 1 p.m. to discuss proposals for additional expenditures across several government budgets, including the Council of Ministers, the Commission for Public Oversight of Statutory Auditors, and the ministries of justice and energy, according to the Government Information Service, CE Report quotes BTA

The agenda also includes amending the Programme for Humanitarian Assistance to Displaced Persons from Ukraine with Temporary Protection in Bulgaria.

Additionally, the Cabinet will consider revisions to a decree approving funds for investment projects aimed at modernizing sections of the Sofia-Dragoman and Sofia-Plovdiv railways under the EU-funded Transport Connectivity Programme 2021-2027.
