Zelensky says Ukraine adjusts long-range operations against Russia
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine is constantly adjusting its long-range and medium-range operations in accordance with the actual situation on the front lines in order to prevent the aggressor state from waging war without suffering any consequences.
The head of state made this announcement during a video address on Telegram, CE Report quotes Ukrinform.
“We are discussing everything in detail with military commanders, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, and our intelligence agencies; we are constantly discussing these matters and responding promptly to the actual situation—we are adjusting our long-range operations and our medium-range activities,” he said.
Zelensky added: “We are delivering the results Ukraine needs so that the aggressor state cannot keep the war ‘somewhere out there.’ Anyone who seeks to destroy the lives of another people suffers themselves. We are defending lives.”
As reported, negotiations on granting Ukraine licenses to produce long-range weapons, including SCALP missiles, are ongoing, but it is still too early to speak of concrete results.
