One of the government’s top priorities in supporting frontline regions is protecting major roadways with anti-drone netting.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko said this in a post on Telegram following her working visit to the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions, CE Report quotes Ukrinform.

“We visited the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions on a working trip. We’re focused on key tasks to support frontline areas: shielding major transport arteries with anti-drone netting, improving accommodation and services for internally displaced persons, and supporting local businesses,” the Prime Minister wrote.

Svyrydenko expressed gratitude to the Defense Forces for holding back the enemy and safeguarding civilian life.

She also thanked Ukrainians who “remain resilient, continue working, run businesses, and bring life to our frontline towns and villages.”

As previously reported, Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko and Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko met with regional leadership in the Donetsk region to discuss the region’s most pressing challenges.
