Ukraine’s national guard reports massive Russian losses in 2025

Soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine destroyed 84 Russian tanks, 165 armored vehicles and 334 artillery systems in January 2025.

This was announced by Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko on Telegram, CE Report quotes Ukrinform.

“Impressive work: in the first month of 2025, the National Guard destroyed 84 enemy tanks,” he wrote.

The National Guard soldiers also destroyed:

  • 165 units of enemy armored vehicles;
  • 334 artillery systems;
  • 405 vehicles;
  • 1,733 dugouts and infantry concentration areas;
  • 82 ammunition depots;
  • 3 anti-aircraft missile systems;
  • 247 radar stations.

The minister also shared footage showing soldiers from the National Guard’s Khartia brigade destroying a Russian T-80 tank in the Kharkiv region.
