Shein targets €23 billion valuation in Hong Kong listing
Online fashion retailer Shein has announced plans to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 1, targeting a market capitalization of up to €23 billion.
The fast-fashion giant plans to offer 280 million shares at between HK$47.60 and HK$49.50 each, potentially raising up to HK$13.86 billion, or approximately €1.5 billion, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.
The planned listing could value Shein at around HK$210.3 billion, equivalent to approximately €23 billion, marking a major step for the company as it expands its presence in Asian financial markets.
