Ukraine Ratifies U.S. Investment Deal

Ukraine’s parliament has ratified a mineral and economic partnership with the United States, enabling joint investment in post-war reconstruction. The agreement, signed in Washington on April 30, was approved with 338 votes and no opposition. It establishes a joint investment fund, partially funded by Ukraine’s natural resource revenues, following months of tough negotiations and a tense Oval Office meeting in February, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency
