Poles flock to Albania for travel, investment

Albania is an attractive destination for Polish tourists who are not only visiting our country during the summer season, but also during the other months of the year.

According to INSTAT, around 279 thousand Polish tourists visited Albania during the first 9 months of 2025, being one of the most important groups of foreign visitors, CE Report quotes ATA.

Poland has been one of the main markets for Albanian tourism, ranking among the top 5 countries.

During the summer months, the presence of Poles has also been noticeable, representing 11% of accommodated visitors in July, 12% in August and 11% in September.

Also, the data show that Polish tourists tend to stay for longer periods, making Poland one of the most important European markets for the accommodation sector in Albania.

In addition to tourist visits, the Poles have also shown increased interest in property investments in Albania, another sign of developing ties between the two countries.
