The tradition of Albanian cuisine remains a strong point, alongside natural beauty, for attracting foreign tourists, CE Report quotes ATA.

Prime Minister Edi Rama shared part of the 6-day journey of food blogger Daniel Balilti and videographer Lihi Parnes in their exploration of authentic Albanian cuisine.

According to the Prime Minister, traditional Albanian flavors are “winning hearts around the world.”

“Food blogger Daniel Balilti and videographer Lihi Parnes are discovering our authentic cuisine during a 6-day stay organized by the National Tourism Agency,” Rama announced.

Organic products and Albanian gastronomy have the potential not only to boost the local economy but also to strengthen the tourism sector by attracting an increasing number of foreigners.

A total of 4.76 million foreign tourists visited Albania during the first 6 months of this year. In June 2025 alone, Albania was visited by 1,329,204 foreign tourists, which is 7% more compared to June 2024.
