Albania announces program for March World Cup play-off fixtures

The Albanian Football Federation announced the national team’s program as it begins preparations for the March fixtures, as part of the “play-off” phase for the 2026 World Cup.

According to the scheduled program, coach Sylvinho will announce the list of selected players on Saturday, March 21, at 10:00, while a press conference will be held at 11:00 at the “House of Football.”

The official national team gathering will begin on Monday, March 23, when the first training session will also take place ahead of the match against Poland.

The Red and Blacks will take the field on March 26 to face Poland.

On March 31, Albania will play the next match against the winner or loser of the Ukraine/Sweden tie.
