Turkish women referees pass FIFA fitness tests

Turkish women referees achieved significant success in the FIFA Athletic Tests for the 2025–26 football season.

According to a statement from the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), 13 referees and assistant referees successfully completed the sprint, CODA, and 40x75-meter tests within the required time limits, achieving outstanding results, CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency.

In a statement by the TFF Central Referees Committee, the following remarks were made:
"As the Turkish Football Federation Central Referees Committee, we are very pleased to receive the return on our support for Turkish women’s refereeing with a high success rate. We will continue to be the strongest supporter of all our referees in efforts that will enhance their competitiveness on the international stage and contribute to their development."
