Roberto Carlos unveils best player he has ever played

Legendary Brazilian footballer Roberto Carlos stated that David Beckham is the best player he has ever played with during his career.

Roberto Carlos and Beckham once played together at Real Madrid, where the English footballer scored 20 goals and provided 52 assists for the Spanish club between 2003 and 2007, winning the league title and the Super Cup, CE Report quotes MIA.

During his successful career, Roberto Carlos played alongside legendary players like Ronaldo and Ronaldinho, but when asked who his best teammate was, he mentioned Beckham.

“Zidane was top-class, but Beckham was the best in training and the best in matches. He ran constantly and made incredible passes. He played with all his heart,” Carlos said during a podcast appearance.

“No matter what people say about Ronaldo, Zidane, Raul, or Luis Figo, in my opinion, Beckham was the most consistent and the best,” added the former Brazilian international.
