Sofia to Host European Aikido Congress
Sofia will host the European Aikido Federation (EAF) Congress on June 29, marking the 35th anniversary of the Bulgarian Aikido Federation (BAF). The event will take place at the Marinela Hotel and will be attended by EAF Chair Jerzy Pomianowski and BAF President Plamen Youroukov, who will meet with Sports Minister Ivan Peshev and leaders of the National Sports Academy, CE Report quotes BTA
In parallel, a three-day aikido marathon will kick off Friday at Dianabad, featuring open training sessions led by ten international federation presidents and three BAF representatives for practitioners with at least a yellow belt.
