Kosovo to Face Armenia and Comoros in June Friendlies

Sports

The Kosovo national football team will play two friendly matches at "Fadil Vokrri", against Armenia on June 6 and three days later against the Comoros Islands.

In a press conference today, coach Franco Foda said that these two matches will serve as preparation for the World Cup qualifiers that begin in September, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

Speaking to the media, Foda also revealed the reason why he did not invite Edon Zhegrova to this gathering.

Despite the fact that these are friendly matches, Foda said that he will ask the players to give their best.

Although there are some absences, Foda is optimistic, as he has invited new players who are expected to bring freshness and strength to the team.
