Kosovar Basketball Talent Yllza Ukaj Heads to USA

Promising basketball player Yllza Ukaj, after many years with Junior 06 Moni Bau, has decided to continue her journey in the United States of America. She says that her dream of playing in the US began years ago, and thanks to the support of her family and coaches, she was able to make it happen, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

Yllza says that leaving Kosovo and her childhood friends was difficult, but the new experience gave her even more motivation. She emphasizes the big differences between the two systems, especially in the conditions and development of athletes.

Despite missing her family and friends, Yllza remains determined to build a successful career in Europe and represent Kosovo with pride. She sends a message to all young girls: “Never stop pursuing your dream, no matter the obstacles.”
