On Romanians Abroad Day, Acting President Ilie Bolojan emphasized the state’s duty to stay "present, attentive, and open" towards the diaspora. In a message on Facebook, he praised Romanians abroad for preserving national identity despite facing hardships and sacrifices. Bolojan called them “ambassadors” and “partners in development,” and promised to listen and build support policies. “Thank you for keeping the Romanian community alive and for everything you do to represent our country with honour,” he concluded, CE Report quotes Agerpres
