Bulgaria’s Embassy among top-rated in Washington

The Bulgarian Embassy in Washington has been ranked third among the highest-rated diplomatic missions in the US capital, the Embassy says on its Facebook page.

The online message quotes the August 17 issue of The Washington Post, which put the Bulgarian Embassy in third place, behind the diplomatic missions of Cambodia and Ukraine, CE Report quotes BTA.

The ranking covers more than 175 diplomatic missions in Washington and is based on more than 20,000 Google reviews. The ratings largely reflect citizens' experiences of the consular services provided by the embassies.

The Bulgarian Embassy comments: "For us, this recognition is above all an acknowledgement of the professionalism and efforts of the entire embassy team and of the trust of the people whom we have the honour to assist."

The mission thanks citizens for their trust, as well as for their critical comments, which, it says, motivate its staff to continue working with even greater responsibility and dedication.
