Nobel-winning group outlawed by Russian court

The international movement Memorial, which commemorates crimes of the Soviet era and was a co-recipient of the Nobel Prize in 2022, has been declared an “extremist” organization by the Russian Supreme Court.

The court has also banned its activities in the country.

This was reported by state media, CE Report quotes ANSA.
