
Radev Visits Croatia to Boost Regional Ties
Bulgarian President Rumen Radev will pay an official visit to Croatia on July 14–15 at the invitation of Croatian President Zoran Milanovic. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation and support the region’s European future, Radev’s office announced, CE Report quotes BTA
Radev will be officially welcomed in Zagreb, where he will hold talks with Milanovic, meet Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic and Parliament Speaker Gordan Jandrokovic, and make a joint statement to the media.
The Bulgarian leader will also honor national symbols, visiting the Homeland monument and Ivan Vazov’s memorial with the local Bulgarian community. On July 15, he will travel to Vukovar to pay tribute at the Bulgarian Military Cemetery and the Memorial Cemetery for victims of the Homeland War.
