"Ten protesters were arrested during clashes with police in downtown Los Angeles," said the city’s police chief, Jim McDonnell, as reported by CNN, CE Report quotes ANSA.

"Our job is not to divide communities or politicize law enforcement. Our job is simply to ensure everyone’s safety," McDonnell stated.
