Warsaw's mayoral race between incumbent Rafal Trzaskowski, backed by the governing coalition of PM Donald Tusk, and Karol Nawrocki, supported by the opposition Law and Justice party, remains highly competitive, CE Report quotes PAP

A recent OGB survey for Wirtualna Polska showed Nawrocki slightly ahead with 50.63% to Trzaskowski's 49.37%. However, two other polls showed Trzaskowski leading: an IBRiS poll for Polsat News gave him 49.1% against Nawrocki's 48.1%, while a Pollster survey for Super Express found him at 46% to Nawrocki's 41%.

The surveys, conducted with about 1,000 respondents each, highlight a close race ahead of Sunday's presidential election in Poland.
