U.S. President Donald Trump said Monday there's a “very good chance” Russia and Ukraine could reach a deal this week to end their three-year conflict.

Speaking at the White House Easter Egg Roll, Trump highlighted positive discussions, saying, “We had very good meetings on Ukraine, Russia.” CE Report quotes Anadolu Agency

He also commented on other key issues, noting progress in U.S.-Iran nuclear talks and expressing confidence in resolving trade tensions with the EU.

Addressing reports about Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth sharing sensitive military details, Trump defended him, saying, “He is doing a great job. Ask the Houthis how he's doing.”
