Guarantee-Return Scheme is successful project unlike waste management system disaster (Environment minister)

The Guarantee-Return System (SGR) is the largest Public-Private Partnership in Romania and the largest circularity project in our country since the '89 Revolution, Minister of Environment, Water and Forests Mircea Fechet told the conference "PRIA Environment - One Year Anniversary of SGR in Romania" on Tuesday, CE Report quotes Agerpres

The minister expressed his pride at the success of the SGR project, having registered figures that no one dreamed of, compared to the conventional system of waste management, sanitation, where "we all know the disaster of that system".
