North Macedonia’s FM to Visit Japan for EXPO 2025

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski will be paying a working visit to Japan in the next coming days.

Mucunski as part of the visit will attend in order to address a ceremony marking the Republic of North Macedonia’s National Day at EXPO 2025 in Osaka. At its own stand, the country will promote its cultural, tourist and economic potential at the international event taking place from April 13 until October 13 in Osaka, the Ministry said in a press release, CE Report quotes MIA.

In addition to attending EXPO, Minister Mucunski will hold working meetings with Japan’s State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hisayuki Fujii, Susumu Kataoka, President of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), and Shohei Hara, Senior Vice President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

“Talks will focus on ways to advance bilateral cooperation with a focus on economic relations and trade, sharing of experiences in the field of development aid as well as on other current regional and global challenges,” said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.
