Bosnia initiative calls for policies to address menstrual poverty
The initiative “From the Classroom to Legislation – Ensuring Access to Menstrual Health” is being implemented by the JaBiHEU Association in Sarajevo, the United Women Foundation in Banja Luka, and the Dignitet Association for Education and Development in Mostar.
It aims to raise awareness of menstrual poverty in Bosnia and Herzegovina, CE Report quotes FENA.
The initiative also seeks to ensure that menstrual poverty becomes a matter of concrete public policies, budget allocations and institutional accountability.
