Dua Lipa has revealed that her wedding dress featured “deeply personal messages” hidden within its design, including an embroidered image of her dog.

The 31-year-old singer married Callum Turner in London in May before hosting a lavish wedding celebration in Italy the following month.

She described the Chanel Haute Couture gown she wore for the second ceremony as “the most beautiful thing” she had ever seen, CE Report quotes Kosova Press.

The dress was created by Chanel artistic director Matthieu Blazy, and the “Levitating” singer admitted that wearing the design, his first bridal creation for the fashion house, was “one of the most unforgettable moments of her life.”

Speaking at WSJ Magazine’s Innovator Awards, where she honored Matthieu alongside A$AP Rocky, Dua praised the designer for creating “the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and worn.”

The singer placed her full trust in Blazy to design the gown, which was adorned with crystals and 480,000 beads, featuring a feathered train and an open back.

“When he asked me how ‘dramatic’ I wanted the dress to be and how many feathers I wanted, I simply answered: ‘Yes.’”

Her comments about the wedding dress come after the “New Rules” singer previously described her wedding day to Callum as “magical.”

“The wedding day was magical. We received a lot of advice, but decided to follow just two pieces of it: to experience the day as if we were guests ourselves, and to keep looking for each other in the crowd, never losing sight of one another. That way, we have so many memories together,” Dua told Vogue Italia.

Dua now hopes to explore “what happens when you truly find love” through her songwriting.
