Pamela Anderson, Debbie Harry team up for new comedy Maitreya
An unexpected duo is heading to the big screen.
Pamela Anderson, star of The Naked Gun, joins forces with iconic Debbie Harry of Blondie in the new comedy Maitreya.
The comedy is making its debut at the Cannes Film Festival market, CE Report quotes ANA-MPA.
The production comes from Caviar, the company behind the award-winning drama Sound of Metal.
The plot centers on Maitreya (Anderson), a rising guru in the field of alternative healing.
“As she prepares for a conference in India, she receives a phone call from her estranged sister, Monica, informing her that their father is in his final moments.”
