Energocom has started purchasing natural gas for the 2025–2026 gas year, following its board-approved strategy. Recent acquisitions were made through long-term contracts after procurement procedures held between April and May, CE Report quotes MOLDPRES

The purchase price ceiling is aligned with regional stock indices and approved by the Board, ensuring transparency and institutional oversight. The company monitors regional price trends daily to ensure efficient and responsible procurement, contributing to Moldova’s energy security.
