Anadolu Agency Editor-in-Chief Yusuf Ozhan welcomed Ayse Sali, the new Ankara correspondent of the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA), at an event on Monday. He assured her of strong support and praised Turkiye’s vibrant media landscape, CE Report quotes BTA

The event also featured an exhibition of posters from Bulgarian plays translated into Turkish by Prof. Huseyin Mevsim. Ozhan lauded Mevsim’s cultural contributions, calling him a bridge between the two nations, and likened journalism to a phoenix—constantly reborn through challenges.
