A to JazZ 2024 Brings Global Jazz to Sofia

The 14th A to JazZ Festival kicked off Thursday in Sofia’s South Park 2 and runs through Sunday, featuring three nights of performances by 12 international bands and top Bulgarian jazz talents, CE Report quotes BTA

This year’s headliners include soul-funk powerhouse Kennedy Administration (July 4), Grammy-winning trumpeter Keyon Harrold (July 5), and French-Caribbean neo-soul artist Adi Oasis, who will close the festival.

The international lineup also features Emile Londonien (France), Roseye (Netherlands), and Spain’s Jet Vesper and Gilipojazz, in collaboration with MadCool Festival and The Spanish Wave.

Bulgarian artists include Uke Duo with their debut album See, guitarist Angel Demirev, trombonist Ivan Melin, jazz ensemble Zone C, and trumpeter Alex Vitkov (VI:Tkov).
