His journalism career began in 1988 at Bulgarian National Television (BNT), where he hosted the youth show Formula 5 and later co-hosted the popular economic program Plus-Minus. In 2008, he co-founded RE:TV, offering a critical alternative to mainstream Bulgarian media.

Grigorov also worked as a producer for Nova Television’s morning show and co-hosted the program Life and Other Things with his wife, Sibina Grigorova—a project that later evolved into a podcast.

In 2020, he launched Boulevard Bulgaria, one of the country’s leading digital media platforms. A recipient of the Bulgarian Media Coalition’s award for ethical journalism, Grigorov also trained at the BBC in London.
