Bulgarian Christmas Gala Raises Over BGN 2.89 Million for Children's Health

The 22nd annual Bulgarian Christmas charity concert raised more than BGN 2.89 million, the President's press center announced. The initiative, held under the patronage of Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, aims to provide high-tech equipment for early diagnosis and modern treatment of children's health issues, CE Report quotes BTA

The Christmas Day event featured President Radev, National Assembly Chair Nataliya Kiselova, and other government and church leaders, along with donors, doctors, and children supported by the campaign.

Prominent Bulgarian musicians performed beloved songs, accompanied by the Bulgarian National Radio Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Georgi Miltiyadov. Performers included Edelina Kaneva, Kristina Kokorska, Vesselin Marinov, Dicho, and the Bulgarian National Radio Children's Choir, among others.

Hosted by Petya Dikova and Ruslan Maynov, the concert highlighted the spirit of giving and the importance of addressing children's healthcare challenges in Bulgaria.
